About Me

I was born in a little town near Rome called Morena, and I moved to London for the first time in 2006. I now live in Brighton near the sea with my family. Here, I work as a therapist, coach and tutor while continuing my personal development.

You may be curious about why I have decided to become a therapist and to give you an answer, in a nutshell, it is because of my incredible curiosity and fascination with human interactions, energetic interplay and unconscious behaviours and, most of all, for the impact that therapy has had in my life.

I grow up in a very creative family with extraordinarily complex and dramatic personalities and histories. I have been through many challenging and painful transitions, but I am still curious!

Over time and with appropriate help and support, I understood many layers of my story and answered many whys. I have learned to turn pain into a springboard, and I have learned the importance of serving the community, sharing personal knowledge, and holding safe, open, and caring spaces for others.

Investing in self-exploration and well-being is the best choice I have ever made, and that's why my focus is on educating people on the importance of having appropriate and dedicated spaces to unfold their inner world.

At 25, I met somebody who guided me in my life‘s direction. This led me to start the Holistic Academy and meet my first Spiritual Teacher, Bernard Rouch.

I studied and practised Egyptian Essene therapies for over three years before deciding to move back to the UK. While continuing my practice, I started attending the Holistic Healing College, facilitating my professional journey to becoming a Holistic Counsellor and Life Coach. In the meantime, I also learned about Reiki and attended levels 1 and 2 in London.

In 2015, I started facilitating my own creative workshop and receiving clients privately. I decided to continue learning and becoming a better facilitator, qualifying to become a Trained Tutor.

During these years, I also had an amazing opportunity to work in school and nursery to support neurodiverse children with PDA and pupils using creative and mindful tools. This wonderful experience has widened my understanding of the mind, and every child I had the honour to work with has enriched my life experiences and brought love, meaning and deep knowledge to my journey.

My studies have continued with many side courses to gain knowledge of autism and challenging behaviours. While working in school, I embarked on a professional course to become a registered Hypnotherapist. I am currently continuing my journey in Counselling skills and Psychotherapeutic approach. I aim to continue my studies to work with children professionally and therapeutically one day.

Self-exploration and my innate curiosity have changed the script of my life and allowed me to empower myself in ways I could never have imagined. The beauty of this path lies in the layers you get to unfold and navigate through as you walk.

This journey never ends, and it never should…
